From Florence to Grosseto, from the Lunigiana to Maremma, from Chianti to Mugello, from the Casentino area to the Valdorcia. An itinerary through the symbolic places, the spiritual centres and towns, the fractions, the most hidden localities, that sometimes provide authentic surprises. We are taken to the settings of famous literary works (S. Maria del Fiore or the complex of Primaziale in Pisa), famous artistic Tuscan masterpieces (the Maestà by Duccio da Boninsegna or the Leggenda della Vera Croce by Piero della Francesca), great artists (Cimabue, Giotto, Masaccio, Brunelleschi, Donatello, Beato Angelico, Michelangelo, Pontormo e Rosso Fiorentino), and minor artists that have left behind works important for the history of art and of the land.
